At the character selection screen, select the female driver with short blond hair, then select the green car at the car selection screen. Keep this car highlighted and hold Option 1 and press A. The car will turn black if the cheat has worked. This car will be invisible to radar and normal vision.

At the character selection screen, select the male driver with blonde hair, then select the tan car at the car selection screen. Keep this vehicle highlighted and hold Option 1 and press A. The car will turn red with a black top if the cheat has worked. Unlimited ammunition and rapid fire weapons will now be available to you when you start the game.

For a paint sprayer, press Option 1 and Option 2 while on foot.

For a locked view, hold B while selecting an alternate view, hold Option 2, then release B. Your view will be locked in this position until B is pressed again.
